Q. How long does it take for a mechanic to arrive?
Arrival time depends on your location and traffic, but in most city areas, a mechanic typically reaches you within 30 to 60 minutes.
Q. Do you offer service on highways and remote routes?
Yes. If you're stranded on highways like Prithvi or Araniko, our support team will dispatch the nearest available mechanic. Some remote areas may take longer based on access.
Q. Can you fix electric scooters and EVs on the spot?
Our technicians are trained in EV repair and carry essential tools and parts. For complex issues, we can arrange towing to an EV-certified workshop.
